Points only start counting once you've joined Ironclad Rewards — past purchases aren't included. You can also stack bonus points by completing actions on your profile, like adding your birthday or following us on Instagram.
Yes — points expire after 12 months without a purchase at ManCave. Stay active on your account and they're yours to keep.
You'll always receive a reminder before your points expire. Redeeming rewards uses your available points but doesn't affect your tier progression, so you'll never drop a tier by cashing in your rewards.
Yes — as long as you've got enough points to cover them, you can stack multiple rewards on one order.
Your tier is based on loyalty points earned in the past 12 months. If your points expire and drop you below the required threshold, you may move down a tier.
Yes — we may update Ironclad Rewards from time to time, but we'll always give you clear notice before anything changes.
Not during major sale periods — Next Gen and Trade discounts are paused during events like Black Friday, Boxing Day, and EOFY so they don't stack with sale pricing.
