      If, for any reason, you need to exchange or refund an item purchased from us, you have a generous window of 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. The items must be in brand new unworn condition with product tags still attached or able to be easily reattached.

      Our eCommerce manager will guide you through the straightforward process, providing details on where to send your ManCave items (at the customer's expense). Additionally, they will inform you about the expected timeline for the exchange or refund, which may vary based on your chosen payment method.

      For exchanges or refunds during the Christmas period, proof of purchase must be supplied and goods are to be returned in unworn, as-new condition (including product tags attached and undamaged packaging) before the 15/01/2024.
