Supplier-Sourced, Store-Shipped Items

At ManCave Workwear, we offer a wide range of products — some stocked directly in our stores and warehouses, and others supplied through our trusted brand partners. To give you access to the biggest selection possible, we’ve introduced Supplier-Sourced, Store-Shipped items.

How it Works 🛠️

• When you place an order for a Supplier-Sourced item, the brand’s supplier sends it to the ManCave Workwear store closest to your delivery address.
• Once it arrives, our team gives it a quick quality check to make sure everything’s spot on.
• From there, it’s shipped directly to you.

Delivery Times 📦

Because these items need to come from the supplier first, please allow around 5 extra working days on top of standard delivery times.

• This is only an estimate — sometimes items arrive sooner, and sometimes they may take a little longer depending on the supplier and location.
• Importantly, there’s no extra delivery fee for these additional steps.
• We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you know when your gear is on the move.

Split Deliveries 🚚

If you order a mix of in-stock and supplier-sourced items, here’s what happens:

• In-stock items are shipped out straight away so you don’t have to wait.
• Supplier-sourced items will follow in a separate delivery as soon as they arrive at your closest store.

Refunds & Availability 💸

On the rare chance our supplier can’t provide the item, you’ll be refunded instantly — no mucking around.
